How does my purchase help the animals

Every item you buy supports the care and comfort of animals at the Peterborough Humane Society. Your order helps provide food, enrichment, medical care, and safe shelter. Thank you for shopping with heart.

Is shipping really free in Canada?

Yes. All orders ship free within Canada. No minimums. No surprises at checkout.

Where do orders ship from?

All items ship from Canada unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Do you offer pickup?

Since items are made to order and shipped directly from the printer, we are not able to offer pickup at PHS.

Can I track my order

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. If it does not appear, please take a peek in your spam folder.

Why are some items shipped separately

Items are made for you after you place your order and may be finished at different times. This helps reduce waste and creates less overproduction. This also means your order may arrive in more than one package.

Do you accept returns or exchanges

Since each item is made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for size or preference. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us and we will take care of it. You can read our full Refund Policy for more information.

Can I cancel or change my order

Orders move into production quickly. If you need help, contact us right away and we will do our best before production begins.
