How does my purchase help the animals?

Every item you buy supports the care and comfort of animals at the Peterborough Humane Society. Your purchase helps provide food, enrichment, medical care, and safe shelter. Thank you for shopping with heart.

Is shipping really free in Canada?

Yes. All orders ship free within Canada. No minimums and no surprises at checkout.

How can I find the correct sizing?

Each product page includes a sizing guide, in inches, to help you choose the best fit. Measuring a favourite item of clothing at home and comparing it to the guide can be very helpful.

Where do orders ship from?

Items ship from Canada unless noted on the product page. In some cases, if a size or colour is unavailable in Canada, the order may be shipped from another location in North America or Europe.

Do you offer pickup? Are items available in person at PHS?

Items are made to order and shipped directly from the printer, so we do not keep stock on site and cannot offer pickup.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Why are some items shipped separately?

Items are made for you after you place your order. Some products may finish production at different times, which helps reduce waste and prevents overproduction. This means your order may arrive in more than one package.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each item is created after an order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or preference. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out and we will make it right. You can read our full Refund Policy for more details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders move into production quickly. If you need help, contact us right away and we will do our best to assist before production begins.
